TEARS OF THE KINGDOM MAKES ZELDA PRIME FOR A REBOOT

-Tears of the Kingdom much exceeded Breath of the Wild, even though it laid the groundwork for it.

- Like Skyward Sword before it, Tears of the Kingdom was genuinely The Legend of Zelda, from story to lore, worldbuilding, etc.

- It made reference to significant moments in the Zelda history that weren't present in the original games, including the Imprisoning War in Ocarina of Time.

-It was actually a wonderful thing that Tears of the Kingdom rarely mentioned Breath of the Wild and added a ton of new elements to Zelda lore.

-  Fi was there, albeit for a short while, suggesting that Skyward Sword is still considered canon.

-  It appears that these games are no longer considered canon, which could ultimately be advantageous for the series.

-The fact that Tears of the Kingdom deviates from the main timeline is indicated by numerous hidden keys (s).
